Sarah’s development since starting her coaching with Lauren at LDV is clear to see, and it’s made her positive, determined and really self believing when it comes to her capabilities at work. Sarah is naturally a focused person but could let self doubt interfere with her progression, which alongside Lauren we have seen develop into grit and hard work to broaden her horizons and push her boundaries.

Sarah thrived on being accountable to Lauren and setting herself lofty goals, knowing that she would be encouraged to achieve them, whilst getting quality advice and help to get there.
